Great set up for open drums or … can be fitted to closed top drums through the bung holes.

Instructions You only need to cut a 20mm hole about 100mm above the base to fit. You may need to file or rasp the hole a tad so the ‘bolt’ goes through easier. To install: Remove tap, nut & neoprene washer from the ‘bolt’. You’ll need some No.8 wire or a broom handle with a nail or screw at the end that will hold the “bolt” on the inside & guide it thru the bung hole, do this with drum on its side. Tighten nut on to washer till it squashes and you’re done!
